What is rcOspfNetworkIfIpAddress?
This object is the IP address of an interface being added into an OSPF area via the OSPF network table, and forms part of that table's index. An admin sets this, together with rcOspfNetworkIfMask and rcOspfNetworkAreaId, to bring an interface under OSPF before the OSPF protocol can run on it. For example, an admin would configure this as 10.0.1.1 to enable OSPF on that interface's address.
