What is rcLinkAggregationGroupSettingPorts64?

This is an OCTET STRING bitmask, functionally identical to rcLinkAggregationGroupSettingPorts, used to designate member ports of this aggregation group on devices with more than 256 ports where a simple PortList can't address every port. Admins use this extended encoding instead of the standard PortList object when configuring trunk membership on higher-port-count chassis. On a 384-port chassis, an admin would set bits in this octet string to add ports beyond port 256 into the aggregation group.
