What is raisecomSummerTimeEnable?
This OID holds an enabled/disabled flag that controls whether daylight saving time adjustments are automatically applied to the device's clock. When enabled, the device automatically shifts its time forward or backward on specific dates to match seasonal changes. A network operator would use this when deploying equipment across regions with daylight saving time to ensure synchronized logging and timestamp accuracy.
