Description: The NextHop Valid bit. When L2 info is missing, a NextHop has Invalid value.
What is rlIpFftNextHopValid?
Indicates whether this next hop currently has valid(1) or invalid(2) Layer 2 resolution information. A value of invalid(2) means the switch is missing the L2 details it needs and traffic through this next hop may be punted to slow-path handling instead of fast-forwarded.
