What is rlIpFftAgingTimeout?

Sets, in seconds, how long an IP FFT entry can sit idle before the switch ages it out. An admin lowers this to reclaim fast-forwarding table space more aggressively on a switch with many short-lived flows, or raises it to keep frequently-idle-but-recurring flows fast-pathed longer.
