What is rsMaxArpTunnelStartEntriesAfterReset?
This read-write integer configures the future ceiling on combined ARP and tunnel-start entries that will take effect after the device is next reset. An admin planning to scale up tunnel capacity writes this value ahead of a maintenance window rather than expecting rsMaxArpTunnelStartEntries to change live. For example, setting this to 8192 before a scheduled reboot doubles the tunnel/ARP table capacity once the switch comes back up.
