What is rlVlanUsageForbiddenList2049to3072?
This read-only bitmap reports which VLAN IDs in the 2049-3072 range are currently reserved and forbidden for general use. It's the third of four segmented lists an admin must consult to determine, across the entire VLAN ID space, which IDs are already claimed internally before assigning a new VLAN. An admin scripting VLAN provisioning could poll this OID to skip any bit-set ID in the 2049-3072 block when picking a free VLAN number.
