What is rlCopyOptionsCheckSystemReservedStorage?

This read-create flag tells the switch's file-copy engine whether it should verify that a copy operation won't eat into storage space the system has reserved for its own use. Administrators leave it at its default of true so that copying a large config or firmware file onto the device can't accidentally starve the system of the space it needs to keep running. Setting it to false before an upload is a deliberate override used only when an admin is confident the reserved-storage check is getting in the way of a copy that's actually safe.
