Module: QOSSLA-MIB

OID (symbolic): QOSSLA-MIB::nnqosSlaEffectType

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.562.73.1.1.1.24.2.3

Description: The SLA parameter that caused the Trap generation.

What is nnqosSlaEffectType?

This notification-bound INTEGER identifies the specific SLA parameter (from a long list including various jitter, delay, packet loss, out-of-order, late-arrival, response-time, and timeout metrics) that caused the trap to be generated. Admins use this to immediately understand what kind of performance degradation triggered the alert without needing to dig deeper. For example, seeing packetLoss(13) tells the admin the trap was specifically triggered by excessive packet loss rather than jitter or delay.
