What is qbChassisBulkStatsCtl?
This OID enables or disables bulk statistics collection on a network equipment chassis. Bulk statistics gathering means the device collects large amounts of performance data all at once rather than streaming individual updates. An operator would disable this temporarily to reduce system load during maintenance, or enable it to capture comprehensive performance baseline data.
