What is pwTDMCfgPktFiller?
Sets the filler byte value (0-255, default 255 for all-ones/AIS) played out on the TDM interface when pwTDMCfgPktReplacePolicy is set to filler(3). Admins configure a custom filler byte here only when the device needs something other than the standard AIS pattern during packet loss.
