What is pwTDMCfgConsecPktsInSynch?

Sets how many consecutive in-sequence packets (1-10, default 2) are required to exit Loss Of Packet State (LOPS) and declare the pseudowire back in sync. It can only be changed while the referencing pseudowire is inactive, since it affects synchronization behavior at startup.
