What is pwTDMCfgClearAlarmThreshold?
Sets how long, in milliseconds (default 10000), a defect must be absent before a previously-raised alarm is cleared. Paired with pwTDMCfgAlarmThreshold, it implements hysteresis so alarms don't flap on and off during marginal conditions.
