What is prvtRingEpsSubRingVcPeerCommand?
This read-only value (default rapsRsNone) is the Request/State field from the most recent RAPS packet received via the subring's virtual channel. Admins use this to see protection events signaled over the virtual channel, distinct from those seen on the subring's physical port.
