What is prvtRingEpsSubRingRingId?
This read-create value (1-255, default 1), the subring counterpart to prvtRingEpsRingId, forms the last octet of the RAPS destination MAC address used by this subring's R-APS control packets. Admins assign a distinct ring ID here when multiple subrings/rings coexist so their control traffic doesn't cross-process.
