What is prvtRingEpsSubRingPropagateTC?
This read-create boolean (default false), the standard's MI_RAPS_Propagate_TC variable, controls whether an FDB flush in the subring also triggers a flush in the main ring instance. Admins enable this when subring topology changes should also clear MAC learning on the main ring for faster convergence.
