What is prvtRingEpsRingId?
This read-create value (1-255, default 1) forms the last octet of the RAPS destination MAC address (01-19-A7-00-00-[Ring ID]) that this instance's R-APS control packets use. Admins assign distinct ring IDs when multiple rings share the same physical infrastructure so their RAPS control traffic doesn't get cross-processed.
