What is prvtRingEpsPort1PeerStatus?
This read-only bit value is the status field bits from the most recent RAPS packet received on port 1, the counterpart to prvtRingEpsPort0PeerStatus. Admins use it to see the protection-state bits the neighboring node on port 1 is reporting.
