Description: For HDLC, SDLC and COP protocols only. Transmitter idle state, which determines the characters to be sent when no data frame is transmitted. When configured as FLAG, the transmitter continuously sends 7E (flags). When configured as MARK, it continuously sends 1. When configured as MARKD, the MARK IDLE state is postponed 20 msec after the end of a frame. When configured as SPACE, it continuously sends 0.
