Description: Frame Relay CLLM control. The value of this parameter determines the behavior of the unit regarding the Consolidated Link Management Option. When set to OFF, CLLM messages received are discarded and none are generated. When set to ON, CLLM messages are generated on the FR-NET when PVC becomes congested or blocked and frames received are analyzed.
