What is fanRotateSpeed?
This read-only INTEGER reports the rotational speed of a specific fan. Admins monitor this to detect a fan spinning abnormally slow (indicating wear or obstruction) or unusually fast (indicating a thermal event). For example, a sudden drop in reported RPM for one fan would signal impending failure before it stops completely.
