Description:
If pimSGOriginatorState is 'originator', this is the time remaining before the local router sends a State Refresh message. Otherwise, this is zero. This timer is called the State Refresh Timer in the PIM-DM specification. This object is used only by PIM-DM.
What is pimSGStateRefreshTimer?
This object shows the remaining time in milliseconds before a PIM-DM source router sends the next State Refresh message to refresh multicast state along the delivery tree, or zero if the router is not an originator. An operator would monitor this timer to verify that multicast state is being refreshed within protocol constraints and to detect possible PIM-DM operation problems. The timer is reset after each State Refresh message is sent.
