What is pimBsrCandidateRPHoldtime?
How long, in seconds (default 150), this Candidate-RP entry remains valid at the BSR after the last advertisement; it can only be set to zero when the C-RP is intentionally shutting down. Admins set this comfortably longer than pimBsrCandidateRPAdvInterval so a single missed advertisement doesn't age the entry out.
