What is adslIfLinkUpDownTrapEnable?

This read-write enumerated object (enabled/disabled) controls whether the DSL interface generates linkUp/linkDown SNMP traps, defaulting to enabled for interfaces not layered on top of another interface. An admin disables this on interfaces where flapping is expected or noisy to reduce trap volume, and enables it on interfaces they specifically want alerted on. For example, an admin sets this to disabled(2) on a DSL port known to intermittently retrain during line-quality testing, to suppress alert noise.
