What is dataLogExternalSensorChanged?

Text describing any change in an external sensor's type/subtype/channel number since the previous sample, in the format 'SerialNumber=xxxxxxxx; SensorType=dd; ...'; empty if nothing changed. Flags cases where sensorIDs were reassigned via a GUI action or a reorderexternalSensorTableEntries SET, so historical log entries aren't misread as referring to a different physical sensor.
