What is configureAlerts?

A write-only operation object for configuring alert policies; GETs always return an empty string. A SET takes a comma-separated string of sensorClass, eventType, eventDirection, policyName (e.g. '0,1,2,multiple destinations' to run a policy on both assertion and deassertion of an external-temperature upper-warning event), and overwrites any existing policy for that combination.
