What is pdnVlanInbandMgmtVlanId2?

This object holds the VLAN ID for a second, redundant in-band management channel, distinct from the primary one; if the device doesn't support a second channel it returns a no-such-name error instead, and a value of 0 is explicitly disallowed. An administrator configures this to provide a backup path for reaching device management if the primary management VLAN becomes unreachable. For example, setting this object to VLAN 100 (while VLAN 99 serves as the primary from pdnVlanInbandMgmtVlanId) gives the device a second, separate tagged path for management access.
