What is pdnStackUnitComRestoredTrapEnable?

This read-write value enables or disables generation of the pdnStackUnitComRestored trap, which fires when communication to a previously unreachable stack unit is reestablished, with enabled(1) and disabled(2) as the defined states. An admin enables this to be notified when a unit's connectivity issue clears, providing closure on a previously reported pdnStackUnitComFailure event. For example, after a cabling fault is fixed and a unit reconnects, pdnStackUnitComRestoredTrapEnable being set to enabled(1) means the admin gets confirmation the stack member is back online without polling manually.
