What is sfpNotificationEnable?

A bitmask selecting which SFP event notifications this device will emit: faulty, operational, inserted, and/or removed, with none enabled by default. An admin sets the inserted/removed bits to get alerted whenever optics are hot-swapped in a rack, which is useful for detecting unauthorized physical access to network gear.
