What is pdnPppMlBundleConfigFragmentSize?
This sets the maximum number of octets of data allowed in a multilink PPP packet's fragment data field, with a value of 0 meaning fragmentation is disabled entirely for this bundle. Admins tune it to balance latency versus overhead — smaller fragments interleave better with time-sensitive traffic across the bundle's links, per RFC 1990. Setting pdnPppMlBundleConfigFragmentSize to 0 turns off fragmentation so packets are sent whole over a single link of the bundle.
