What is mpePdnCardConfigVnidAuth?

A read-write value indicating whether VNID authorization has been enabled or disabled by the user; when enabled, only interfaces bound to this VNID will accept packets carrying this VNID. This is a security control preventing packets tagged with a given virtual network ID from being accepted on interfaces that aren't explicitly bound to that VNID, guarding against VNID spoofing or misconfiguration. An admin isolating a sensitive virtual network would enable VNID authorization so only its designated interfaces accept traffic tagged with that VNID.
