This RowStatus object is used to create or delete an entry in the ATM Inverse ARP table, which maps an ATM PVC (ifIndex, VPI, VCI) to the IP port and remote IP address it corresponds to. Admins use it to add a new inverse ARP mapping for a management PVC or remove an obsolete one. For example, an admin decommissioning an old ATM PVC used for management would set this object to destroy(6) to remove its inverse ARP entry.
