What is pdnDot1qVlanStaticProxyArpStatus?

This read-write value enables or disables Proxy ARP on a secure VLAN, defaulting to disabled(1) and only meaningful once pdnDot1qVlanStaticSecureModeStatus is enabled. An admin enables it so the device answers ARP requests on behalf of hosts on that isolated secure VLAN, which is often needed since secure-mode hosts cannot directly reach devices on other VLANs. For example, an admin running a secure VLAN whose hosts need to resolve addresses outside their own broadcast domain would enable Proxy ARP here to let the switch answer on their behalf.
