What is pdnCpIwfIpMgcpEndPtFormat?

Selects how the MGCP endpoint identifier is formatted: ipaddr(1) uses the IAD's raw IP address, bracketandipaddr(2) wraps the address in brackets, or domainname(3) uses the FQDN configured in pdnCpIwfIpMgcpIADomainName instead of an IP.
