Description: This object can be set to initiate and/or terminate the test running on this interface.
If no test is 'active' on this interface, the agent should return the value of 'noOp(1)'.
Only if a test is 'active' on this interface, the agent should process a 'keepAlive (4)' command. Otherwise, this command should be rejected.
What is pdnPotsTestCmd?
Controls a running diagnostic test on this POTS interface: start, stop, or keep it alive, with keepAlive only accepted while a test is active. An admin uses this to manage the lifecycle of a remote loopback/ring test without needing separate CLI access.
