What is siePciHotPlugSlotCardPresent?

This read-only enumerated value, decoded from the PRSNT[1:2]# pins, reports the power requirements of any adapter card in the slot regardless of whether the slot is powered on or off, with values unknown(1), notPresent(2), low(3) meaning 7.5W max, medium(4) meaning 15W max, and high(5) meaning 25W max. Admins use it to verify a card is physically seated and to check its power draw class before enabling the slot. For example, a value of notPresent(2) tells the admin no card is currently inserted in that hot-plug slot.
