What is siePciHotPlugSlotAttentionLED?

This read-only enumerated value mirrors the physical state of the slot's yellow Attention LED, with values unknown(1), on(2) meaning the card in that slot needs attention, or off(3) meaning the card is operational. Admins use it as a remote alerting signal to spot exactly which slot a technician should physically check without walking to the chassis. For example, seeing this value change to on(2) for a given slot would prompt the admin to dispatch someone to inspect that specific card for a fault.
