This read-create object sets, in seconds, the keepalive interval this PCEP client will propose when negotiating a session with a peer. The actual value used in an active session, seen in pcePcepSessionKeepAliveTime, is the smaller of this proposed value and the peer's own proposal, so lowering it makes the client push for more frequent keepalives. An admin might set pcePcepClientKeepAliveTimer to 30 seconds to detect a dead PCE peer faster than a longer interval would allow.
