What is pcePcepClientDeadTimer?

This read-create object sets, in seconds, how long a PCEP peer will wait without receiving any PCEP message before declaring the session down. It works together with the keepalive timer, and the specification recommends setting it to four times the keepalive value so that a couple of missed keepalives don't prematurely tear down an otherwise healthy session. If pcePcepClientKeepAliveTimer is 30 seconds, an admin would typically set pcePcepClientDeadTimer to around 120 seconds to follow that 4x guideline.
