This enumerated value identifies why a modem's most recent flap was logged: imRetry(1), cer(2), mer(3), snrQpsk(4), snrQam16(5), powerAdjust(6), smMiss(7), or freqDrift(8). An admin uses this to immediately know what kind of plant problem (signal quality, power, or timing) to investigate for that modem.
