Description: Enables or disables vendor specific event generation.
What is pbcCmtsEventsEnable?
This read-write boolean turns vendor-specific event (trap) generation on or off for the whole CMTS, defaulting to true. An admin would disable it only if they want to suppress all PBC-proprietary notifications, for instance during a maintenance window.
