What is pgoamLoopbackEntryStatus?
This RowStatus object controls the lifecycle of an OAM loopback test entry; once set to active the row cannot be deleted until the test completes, though it can be set to notInService to abort an ongoing test. Admins set it to createAndGo to launch a new loopback test in one step, or to notInService to cancel a test that is stuck or no longer needed. An admin aborting a hung loopback test would set this object from active to notInService to stop it early.
