What is standbypowerstate?

Reports the detailed state of the standby power source's start/run/stop sequence (stopped, prepare, startup, checkrun, warmup, verifyrun, running, cooldown, shutdown, verifystopped, postshutdown, each broken into sub-stages) -- useful for diagnosing exactly where a generator start or stop attempt got stuck.
