What is relaydTableStatus?

Shows whether this relayd host table is currently active(0) and serving traffic, empty(1) because it has no available hosts, or administratively disabled(2). An admin watches for a table going empty(1) as a critical alert that an entire pool of backend servers has become unavailable.
