What is oacEthOamMepLossDestMacAddress?
This is the unicast destination MAC address used as the LMM (Frame Loss Measurement) target when oacEthOamMepLossDestIsMepId is false. Admins set this when they want to target a peer by MAC address rather than by its MEP ID.
