What is oacEthOamMepLossDestIsMepId?
This selects whether the LMM Frame Loss test targets the peer by its MEP ID (true, using oacEthOamMepLossDestMepId) or by its unicast MAC address (false, using oacEthOamMepLossDestMacAddress). Admins set this before starting an LMM test to control which addressing method is actually used.
