Note: the source DESCRIPTION text for this object is copy-pasted from the RF Channel B sibling and literally reads "the RF Channel B Attenuation Analog parameter"; based on this object's own name (RFD) it in fact describes Channel D's minimum, and the "Channel B" wording is a copy-paste error in the vendor MIB.
