What is drr4xcurrentValueOptCurrent?
Returns the live optical receive power reading. Per the DESCRIPTION the value saturates at the ends of its range: if the actual input optical power is below the module's measurable floor it reports -99 dBm, and if above the ceiling it reports 99 dBm, so those two values act as out-of-range flags rather than real readings. Although MAX-ACCESS is read-write in this table, in practice this is a sensor value an admin polls rather than sets.
