What is valueOptOutput?
This is the actual read-write control setting for the Optical Output Control parameter, taking one of the values off(1) or on(2). An admin writes to this object to change the setting on the live device, since it enables or disables the module's optical transmit output. The corresponding enumOptOutput object supplies the human-readable text for whichever numeric value is set here.
