What is uomOptPower?
This holds the unit-of-measure string reported for the Optical Power reading, typically something like "dBm". An admin's monitoring UI appends this unit when displaying the laser transmitter's actual output optical power level, so the raw floating-point number in currentValueOptPower appears with meaningful units instead of a bare number.
